Hamilton Mann is the Director of Digital Marketing and Digital Transformation of Thales Group, member of the Group Digital Transformation Office.
In his role, Hamilton orchestrates the impact of digital to drive enhanced customer engagement and understanding and build a modern Thales’s Marketing Network. In support of Thales’s Digital Transformation, he also leads the implementation of Group transverse digital initiatives and supports the execution of Global Business Units digital transformation roadmaps.
Prior to his appointment, Hamilton was Director of Thales Consulting, the management consulting arm of Thales Group, working as advisor for Thales’s executives and focusing on Business Technology, Innovation, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Globalization Strategy and Organizational Transformation. Hamilton built the Thales’s Digital Proof-of-Concept Factory initiative (aka “PoC Factory”), setting up the first steps of a digital cultural change and contributing to unleash the collective genius of Thales’s employees across the Group with cutting edge techniques of service design, lean start-up methodologies and quick test, learn and fail smart approach in order to make the impossible, PoCible.
Before joining the Thales family, Hamilton was Director at Capgemini Consulting France, the global strategy and transformation consulting organization of the Capgemini Group, working on Digital Transformation and Information Technology Strategy and Performance assignments.
